Cleanliness	lighter soiling, with strong, bold print
Folding	5 main folds and a corner fold, other-wise pretty good - may have been flattened between book (or similar), but does not show indication of previous folding or creasing beyond previously mentioned folds
Surface	very little wear, primarily along fold lines and near edges from lighter circulation - crisp note
Edges	quite good edges, with only a few lighter indentations and lighter dog-earing
Punctures	no punctures or pin-holes
