Grading to 'Very Fine', with minor detractors.

Note: The overdate is very difficult to see with this coin without the benefit of magnification.
Many 1934/3 overdates demonstrate remnants to the bottom left of last 4 - this one does not.
It does however show remnants to top left and top right of last 4, as imaged.
