In the end we want our customers to be happy, and believe in 'a fair go'.
As such, we offer a 30 day warranty period on faulty or defective products, or if an item is significantly not as described.
Grading and valuation of coins and banknotes is subjective, and as such we strongly recommend making your own determination as to the grade and value of any particular collectible item before purchase, based on the images provided.
The coin or note imaged will always be the item supplied, unless specifically stated in the description. As such the images are the primary component of any description.

Should you experience an issue where you believe a refund is legitimate, please return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please contact us in the first instance, and we will help you through the process.
Shipping
TDK APDC are based in Gosnells, Perth, Western Australia.
We can ship coins, banknotes, and collecting accessories to anywhere in Australia.
Note that we do not ship to international destinations, due to the inhibitive cost of registered postage for items travelling out side of Australia, and previous expereince with the high volume of 'missing items' claims for orders that were not sent with registered postage. I apologise for the inconvenience.
Several options are offered for postage within Australia, including regular postage, however we also offer 'tracking and signature', (recommended for valuable items), and express postage for those in a hurry. Please note our 24 hr handling time.
We may choose to send an item by tracking and signature, (difference at our expense), rather than regular postage, even if regular postage is nominated by you. This is simply to protect against items lost in transit.
Shipping is charged by weight.
When you place an order, we will calculate shipping costs for you based on the shipping options you choose.
You can expect your items to take between 3 - 6 business days after dispatch within Australia, depending on your location relative to Perth. (regular or registered postage). Express postage is normally 1-2 days after dispatch, depending on where you live relative to Perth, WA.
PLEASE NOTE: TDK APDC offer 24 hour handling, which means we will post your item within 24hrs of payment, (1 business day). Please take this in to account when considering delivery times.
Taxes
Item prices displayed in our store include GST, where applicable.
GST is calculated at checkout, and is identified as a seperate line item.
